This antique love token has been fashioned into a necklace by vintage jewelry designers, Intellectual Property.  The love token is crafted from an original Seated Liberty coin. The obverse of the coin was smoothed down and hand-engraved, “TPM to CMC,” and decorated with artful flourishes. On the reverse is the original Seated Liberty coin design, a wreath around the denomination "One Dime." This style of Seated Liberty coins were produced continuously from 1860 thorough 1891. The love token is presented on a 16 inch strand of faceted amethyst, fastened with a sterling silver toggle.
